		Quick Time - Apple's video player software...great for playing movies and music from your hard drive or streaming from the Internet. This can be downloaded as a part of iTunes OR you can grab a copy at the Quick Time download page.
		Shockwave - Adobe's Shockwave Player can be installed from the Shockwave Player Download Center. NOTE: Remember to uncheck the Free Google Toolbar if you do not wish for it to install during the Shockwave Player installation process.
